This Thursday, November 25th, the e-Amazônia team received a visit from representatives of the Financier of Studies and Projects (Finep), which is a Brazilian public company promoting science, technology and innovation linked to the Ministry of Science and Technology and Innovation (MCTI).
The visit was attended by the Director of Scientific and Technological Development at Finep, Marcelo Bortolini; the Superintendent of Infrastructure and Basic Research, Marcelo Rosa and the Dean of Planning at the Federal University of Acre, Alexandre Hid. On the occasion, researcher Lucas Matheus Lima received the visitors and had the opportunity to introduce the institution's professional team, as well as the infrastructure available for the development of research activities and projects under development.
The interaction with institutions such as Finep demonstrates the continuous effort to expand eAmazônia's network of collaboration and action, seeking partners and possible funders for research projects aimed at the sustainable development of the Amazon Region through sustainable alternatives and innovative technologies in generation and energy use.
